Thursday June 25th
We did an early walk to avoid the hottest part of the day, walking Canal, North and Permissive paths. Several dog walkers about and everyone observing social distancing. Met one keen bird watcher who said he had seen an Osprey. We saw an Egret in flight in the distance. Saw one cow sun bathing but the others were hiding, presumably worried about sunburn.
